I was born in Wichita, Kansas, marooned in Brooklyn, New York for three decades, and now living in Tucson, Arizona - where, unsurprisingly, I have developed an interest in the big landscape surrounding me. My passion for many years was the study of the traditional music in Central America and Southeast Asia, but I have recently turned to photography and am finding it very rewarding. With all my pursuits it is my wish to combat xenophobia and to open one's eyes up to the wonders of the world.
